Shipping, Pickup & Returns

Products and order confirmation

We sell 3D-printed merchandise and accept custom-fabrication inquiries. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Merchandise, shipping and applicable sales taxes are shown separately before secure online payment. A payment confirmation acknowledges your order; it does not mean the product has already shipped. Stock, special requests and production timing may require additional communication.

Standard shipping

Eligible orders shipped to the contiguous United States have a standard shipping charge of $8.99 when the merchandise subtotal is below $75. Eligible merchandise subtotals of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping, before tax and shipping charges. Oversized, fragile or special shipments require a separate quote. Shipping charges are shown separately from merchandise pricing.

Free local pickup and local delivery

Free local pickup is available by arrangement in Chicago Ridge, Illinois, at the same merchandise price without any shipping fee. Pickup is paid for in person using cash, Zelle or tap to pay; online prepayment for pickup is not available. Contact us before traveling to arrange a pickup time. Local delivery is by quote.

Production and shipment timing

Production time depends on the item and quantity. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We will ship within the time clearly stated for your order or, if no timeframe was stated, we must have a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days under applicable federal requirements. If we cannot ship on time, we will provide the legally required delay notice and option to consent to a new delivery date or cancel and receive a prompt refund.

Returns, damage and order issues

Sales are final for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If merchandise is damaged in shipping, defective, missing or materially different from the order, email [email protected] and include your order reference and photos where helpful. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate exchange, refund or other remedy consistent with applicable law.

If we cannot fulfill an order or you decline a required shipment delay, we will provide the cancellation and refund rights required by law. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law or your card provider's dispute process.

Promotional gifts

Qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more include one complimentary surprise gift selected by Munoz Fab Lab. The selection varies, cannot be chosen by the customer, and is not a cash-equivalent discount.
