Information collected

Your shopping cart saves only product identifiers and quantities in your browser's local storage so items can remain in the cart after you refresh or return to the website. You can remove this data using the cart's Clear cart button. We do not store payment-card numbers, addresses, or emails in your browser's cart.

For cart estimates, our website receives the product selections and quantities needed to calculate pricing. When you begin a secure shipping checkout, we collect the name, email address, delivery address and products associated with your order. Our private order database records the merchandise, amounts, delivery information, payment status and related transaction events so we can process, fulfill and support orders and maintain business records.

For a custom-print inquiry, the website prepares an email request in your browser; that message is not sent to us until you choose to send it through your email application.

Payments and tax

Stripe hosts secure card entry and processes payments and applicable tax calculations. Munoz Fab Lab does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Stripe may process transaction and device information under its own terms and privacy disclosures.

Order emails and delivery

We use Resend to deliver customer payment confirmations and merchant new-order alerts. We may provide shipping details to a shipping carrier when necessary to deliver your purchase. We do not offer customer account registration or a newsletter subscription on this site.

Information use and retention

We use purchase information to process and fulfill transactions, provide customer support, respond to returns and disputes, and maintain accounting and tax records. These records are retained as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Questions and privacy requests

For questions about your personal information or to request a review or correction of order details, contact [email protected]. Include your order reference if available, but never send full payment card numbers by email.
